2. Product feature and application
1). The major advantage is that there is no consumables. This is because it doesn't need to make dies, but use computer control to do the die cutting job.

Factory1 is producing high speed flat-bed die cut and hot stamping machine.
Factory 2 is for high speed digital die cutting machine. Factory area is more than 20,000 square meters
4. FAQ:
1). How many machines are already installed?
So far over 80 units have been sold to China, Japan, Thailand, Malaysia, Taiwan, Vietnam.
2). If I will send you some shapes drawings, would be possible to make a test for me? At standard semi-gloss paper with fixation of real cutting speed?
Yes, kindly e-mails us your shape drawings in AI format.
3). Please explain what is auto job changing and how it works?
Simply say, if you have 5 different jobs in 1 roll. Before die cutting, you can use our software to generate the QR codes, each QR code contains the details about label size, shape, distance ... etc setting parameters. When the machine finishes the first job, the scanner will scan the QR code which printed at the end roll of the first job, so the machine will automatically do the die cutting without stopping. Same details as to the 3, 4, 5 jobs. Largely save time and material waste.
4). Is it possible to have a slitting option and two shafts rewinding?
Yes, possible and easy.
