HiPerk is a designer and builder for filter projects and filter systems. Besides pressure filter itself, a complete HiPerk filter project usually consists of many subassemblies and filter component accessories - such as Slurry settling tank / sedimentation tank, Chemical dose system, Precoating system, Bodyfeed system, Feeding pump skid, Filter cake disposal system and Heavy duty progressive pump skid. In order to remove the solid filter cake easily, all of these components above need to be elevated and integrated by a filter platform.
HiPerk is a professional designer and builder for filter platform. HiPerk platform can be primered and painted or galvanized carbon steel with galvanized grid walkway, or even built in fully stainless steel for feed and chemical industry. Different filter projects have different filter processes. So that as usual, a platform must be built to a case to case basis. In other words, every platform is different from others for sure. HiPerk engineers have abundant and rich experience for platform designing over 10 years. Our platforms are praised by customers, especially the US customers because of the four legs stand structure. Make the platforms cover lesser area of floor, lesser roadblock for filtration operation, reduces obstacle barriers of filter projects. HiPerk understood that transshipping the equipments is also critical important, or it is only good to sitting in HiPerk shop. So, HiPerk platform is totally dismountable designed and can be easily dismantled and uploaded to standard containers even though a platform is normally huge in volume. Clients and users are able to erect the whole platform up after shipping the parts to jobsite, reassemble the platform by bolts and nuts. Another benefit of such a maneuverable design is you can move the whole system from a location to another if you need to do so in the future.
